Our Preventive Maintenance Programs are designed to prolong equipment life, and reduce emergency service and potential costly repairs due to general wear and tear from daily equipment use. We offer quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventive maintenance programs. Whether your building(s) are large with complex, sophisticated systems and/or small with minimal equipment requirements, we can tailor a cost effective maintenance program specific to your needs.

 

Fire & Ice Mechanical offers Preventive Maintenance Programs on all boiler and steam generators. Our technicians are certified to perform annual CSD1-Inspections on boilers, which are required in the state of Michigan.

 

As of January 2007, CSD-1 Inspections for Controls and Safety Devices for automatically fired boilers are mandatory in 28 states and jurisdictions of the U.S. and Canada by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.
